One day, not that very long ago, two friends were discussing fondly the hours they had wiled away playing Dungeons & Dragons: Days spent crafting maps of magical lands, hour upon hour painting the figures to dwell within, only to waste yet more precious time playing the game.
Looking back, it was bliss! We were shy kids but we were also Heroes. Heroes exploring a fantastic land, developing stratagies, shaping our destinies.
This great conversation brought up the idea of how as individuals we have developed our own personal myths shaped by the hours immersed in creating and living within those fantastic lands.

Are you a Wizard or a Witch? Warrior or Bard? Druid or Ranger? Mystic or Rogue? Perhaps none of the above or a smattering of each. What better way to find out than playing through some epic fantasy stories with a friendly group of travelers.
We jump right in with easy game play that takes us into the heart of the action.
Our two hour class

Our two hour class will consist of a 5-10 minute warmup with some light stretching followed by 60-90 minutes of cooperative
games.
Our final bit of the day will offer various activities. Everything from time to log our adventures and thoughts on the game, or a 10-15 minute walk and talk around the block..... social skills, games, role playing

B & B takes our adventurers through 4 guided sessions of gaming and gabbing!
We start with name tag crafting: Stickers, markers, glue sticks and scissors.
We move into some light physical and verbal warmups, and then, after the dice randomly determine our groups of four
..onto the gaming..
Legends of Andor, a cooperative fantasy game, will be in focus of this class.
Each turn a narrative card will be read and our classmates
will have the option to read if they so choose.
At regular intervals during the game we will have timed breakout sessions for
one on one conversations with other students in the class.
During these 3 minute sessions our players can take the opportunity to discuss
the game but will also be given "Banter" cards to help spark a dialogue.
Our day will wrap up with time to reflect on the day with some journaling, or a quick and informal
walk around the block....
